Refund Policy

We understand that from time to time plans may change. it may become necessary to have to cancel or amend your Booking with us. Our cancellation policy below shows key points and circumstances and any cancellation fees that may be due and payable and if any refunds would be due.

Our cancellation policy applies to all our bookings and accompanies our T&C also.

Cancellation by us at Bounce Any Hire

It is very rare for us to have to cancel a booking and as a company we have a great track record. We are also open to a large amount of issues that are beyond our control.

Cancellation due to reasons beyond our control a full refund of any monies or deposit.

  • Vehicle breakdown, Not attended 100% Refund
  • Equipment breakdown, Not Attended 100% Refund
  • Bad weather (We contact the client on the morning of the hire) This is a health and safety issue, 100% Refund
  • Pandemic 100% Refund
  • The inflatable does not fit in the space provided 50% Refund Although we will try to find an alternative.

Cancellation by the Client

- All cancellations must be made as soon as possible. We do accept email cancellations however this has to be from the same address given at time of booking. A telephone cancellation is proffered.

Cancellations By Client.

  • On the morning of booking due to weather 100% Refund
  • days or weeks before your booking 100% Refund
  • Sick child or family member 100% Refund
  • loss Death of a family member 100% Refund
  • Pandemic 100% Refund
  • The inflatable does not fit in the space provided 50% Refund. This is a question answered by the client at the time of booking.
  • If the equipment can not be located outdoors on grass as selected by client 0% Refund. (This is asked at time of booking)
  • If the booking has not be cancelled and Bounce Any Hire have not had any contact from client and turn up to the venue 0% Refund.
  • Double bookings ( Where the client booked 2 companies that show up) 0% Refund.

Bounce Any Hire Try to keep there refund policy as simple as possible. However there are some cases this is not possible
